Our Inland Mendocino County climate ripens Sauvignon Blanc grapes with hot days and cool nights, making wines that have tropical aromas of pineapple and passion fruit with a lemony finish and gentle acidity. The wine is bright and clear and excellent paired with spicy Coconut lemongrass soup, sushi or a Sunday brunch.
