Our Inland Mendocino County climate ripens Sauvignon Blanc and makes wines that have tropical aromas of pineapple and passion fruit with a lemony finish and gentle acidity. The wine is bright and clear and excellent paired spicy Coconut lemongrass soup, sushi or raw fruit pie.
