 The bouquet is rich and expansive, well structured with lots of black cherry, spices, cocoa and sage. These grapes were harvested from our estate vineyards in Redwood Valley and aged on French Oak. Enjoy this lush and full-bodied wine with Mediterranean cuisine or roasted vegetables drizzled with olive oil and parmesan.
