 This summer we are happy to announce the return of our Gewurztraminer, from the 25 year-old organic vines of Guntly Vineyards. Made in a dry style, this white wine is crisp and delicious with aromatic notes enhanced by a touch of Muscat. Not syrupy and sweet, the wine is perfect when chilled for a refreshing summer afternoon. Pair it with spicy Asian cuisine, smoked salmon, or mild creamy cheeses such as Muenster.
Alcohol: 13% by volume.
Total sulfite, naturally occurring: BATF analysis, (pending).
Total production: 1,300 cases.
