Brilliant golden hue. Crisp, clean apple flavors with a modest touch of French oak. Made from CCOF and Stellar certified organic Chardonnay grapes harvested in September, 2007, from the Butow, Light and Frey vineyards. These local vineyards all share the benchland soils of Redwood Valley in the heart of Mendocino County, California. Excellent with seafood and fruit platters.
