Order 12 bottles (1 case) or more and receive a 10% discount. The 10% discount will be applied after you order, when we process it. You will see the discount on the printed invoice that you will receive from us. At this time YahooStore is still unable to automatically apply the 10%, so we do it manually after you order. IMPORTANT: As stated on the 3-Pack Specials page, no additional discounts will be applied to the already-discounted 3-Pack specials, (though three bottles may be counted for each 3-Pack special you order when used for the 12 bottle discount, in which case only the non-3-Pack bottles will receive the 10% discount). For example, if you ordered three 3-Pack Specials, your order would total 9 bottles. Add 3 more individual bottles of your choice (any non 3-Pack Special item), and your total would be 12 bottles -- but only the 3 individual bottles will receive the 10% discount.

An adult signature (of at least 21 years of age) is required when your wine is delivered. If no adult is present at the delivery address, U.P.S. cannot leave the wine there. They will leave a note informing you that your wine is waiting to be picked up at your local U.P.S. office. If you cannot be home during delivery, consider using a shipping address of another family member or friend who will most likely be home during delivery. Or have the wine delivered to your place of work, if possible.

Important Shipping Info: Regarding the Supreme Court ruling in May, 2005: The Court ruled that a state cannot ban out-of-state wine shipments if the state already allows wine shipments within its borders. Frey Vineyards will continue to ship to only the following states until we are given the go-ahead by our shipper, U.P.S., that we can ship to more states. We will notify you on this page and on our online ordering home page when more states are added to the list.

IMPORTANT: For Alaska or Hawaii shipments, UPS 3 Day Select is NOT a shipping option. Choose UPS Ground for AK or HI for the cheapest shipping rates. (Yes, UPS Ground shipping to Hawaii is an option!)

Bottles of wine weigh a lot. Save on shipping costs by choosing UPS Ground shipping, the cheapest shipping available (for Alaska and Hawaii as well). It costs around half as 3 Day Select, and to most western states the package arrives within 3 days anyway. Please view our Time-in-Transit Map and save on shipping! (Depending on your choice of shipping method, the shipping cost is calculated automatically through U.P.S's online shipment-cost calculator. A small amount is added to cover the cost of the shipping box -- nothing more. To minimize shipping costs, we do not add any handling charges.)

UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. The address must be a street address.

Gift Orders: You may order from anywhere (your billing address), but we can ship only to the states in the list above (the shipping address). We can gift wrap each bottle of wine for you in nice wrapping paper tied with a ribbon. You may include a message as well. Gift wrap costs $0.50 per bottle, but there is no extra cost for the message. You will find this option on the order form, including an area in which to type a message. The message will be hand written on a card with purple grapes on one side and sent along with the wine.

Shipments to California addresses have an added sales tax of 7.25%.
Shipments to Connecticut addresses have an added sales tax of 6%
Shipments to Lousiana addresses have an added sales tax of 4%.
Shipments to South Carolina addresses have an added sales tax of 7%
Shipments to Texas addresses have an added sales tax of 6.25%
Shipments to New York State addresses have an added sales tax of 9.5%. (For NY State only: your tax charge of 9.5% will be adjusted to reflect your local sales tax after you order, when we process it. Your credit card will not be charged until we manually make the adjustment. You will see the adjustment on the printed invoice that you will receive from us. Our online ordering system is unable to do it automatically at this time.)

Our privacy policy: Our store is run by Yahoo!Store, and so falls under YahooStore's privacy policy. Regarding the personal information we receive at Frey Vineyards: We do not share your personal information with any outside business. We will not put you on any mailing list or email list unless requested. All information is used for our bookkeeping only.
